Why a Venture Fund

The NEXT FUTURES VENTURE FUND refers to Impact Investing and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) venture fund.

These funds allocate capital toward projects sourced out of the NEXT Futures library and vetted by the CommunityLAB review panel.

Projects are chosen based on three criteria - impact - local and global, technical viability, focused on solving community needs — such as social innovation, healthcare innovation, and housing innovation

Projects are implemented and managed through Impact Accounting principals - returning social impact over financial returns while achieving sustainable financial performance.

NEXT Ventures is an industry-led impact fund, designed to activate the NEXT Futures program.

This first round will contribute to the first wave of curated projects to be selected for the of NEXT Futures initiatives: Enabling strategy to transform to implementation, and creative ambition into measurable outcomes.

Participation is capped at €1.2M, ensuring focus, momentum and shared ownership across the industry.

Every contribution above €5,000 secures pixel space on the official 1280 × 960 NEXT Ventures Funders Graphic — a visible marker of commitment, alignment and leadership in shaping what comes next.

100x50 pixels = €5,000
